Description

As a Data Annotator / Labeling Lead at Jalopeura, you will manage and optimize our data labeling processes, ensuring the creation of high-quality datasets essential for training our AI models.

Responsibilities

• Leads and manages teams of data annotators at Jalopeura, ensuring quality and productivity targets are met.
• Develops and refines annotation guidelines and protocols for various data types (images, text, audio, video) specific to Jalopeura's needs.
• Trains new annotators and provides ongoing coaching and feedback to the labeling team at Jalopeura.
• Implements quality assurance processes and performs regular audits of annotated data for Jalopeura's projects.
• Collaborates with Jalopeura's AI/ML engineers and data scientists to understand labeling requirements and resolve ambiguities.
• Selects and manages annotation tools and platforms, optimizing workflows for Jalopeura's efficiency.
• Analyzes annotation discrepancies and identifies areas for process improvement within Jalopeura's labeling operations.
• Manages project timelines and resource allocation for labeling initiatives across Jalopeura.
• Contributes to the design of data collection strategies to support labeling efforts for Jalopeura's AI.
• Reports on labeling progress, quality metrics, and team performance to stakeholders at Jalopeura.
