Description

As AI Policy / Legal Counsel at Jalopeura, you will advise on the legal, ethical, and regulatory implications of our AI technologies and developments, ensuring responsible and compliant innovation.

Responsibilities

• Advises on legal and regulatory compliance concerning AI development, deployment, and data usage relevant to Jalopeura.
• Drafts and negotiates contracts related to Jalopeura's AI technologies, data licensing, and partnerships.
• Develops and implements internal AI policy frameworks, ethical guidelines, and governance strategies for Jalopeura.
• Monitors evolving AI-related legislation and regulations globally (e.g., GDPR, AI Act, state privacy laws) impacting Jalopeura.
• Conducts risk assessments for AI systems at Jalopeura, particularly regarding privacy, bias, and discrimination.
• Provides legal counsel on intellectual property matters related to Jalopeura's AI algorithms and models.
• Educates internal teams at Jalopeura on responsible AI practices and legal obligations.
• Represents Jalopeura in discussions with regulatory bodies or industry working groups on AI policy.
• Develops training materials and conducts workshops on AI ethics and compliance for Jalopeura's employees.
• Manages and responds to legal inquiries and disputes related to Jalopeura's AI products or services.
